Raze field notes
The current build is focused on making board state legible: terrain needs to matter, unit movement needs to read quickly, and multiplayer commands need to stay deterministic.
Platform delivery is part of the product
Pouroboros ships through the same tenant-aware platform used by the games, with branch environments, Kubernetes deploys, and GitLab-driven releases.
Small studio, durable systems
The studio is organized around original games with technical foundations that can survive iteration: simple rules, testable services, and interfaces that respect the player.
